Teachers - How To Use This Site

What is this site about? The Fiankoma Project uses media to teach young people about other cultures. We work with schools in Brighton and Hove and in Fiankoma, a small town in Ghana. Participants learn by reacting to work produced by children in Ghana, and by responding to it with their own materials and contributions. This is all made available via this content rich web site, and your students produce their own awareness resources, using their own drawings, photos and videos. They also enhance their ICT skills at the same time.

Get Involved!

Do your students wish to contribute? They can do so by using our interactive resources and activities on this site. Look at the site menu for a breakdown of what's on offer and how it is relevant to their syllabus. They can also contribute if your school hosts a Fiankoma Project workshop. Contact us for more information (info@fiankoma.org) or telephone: 01273 234866.
